    Why colouring is included in our cards from our beautiful decks, and why it is important for you & your family.... ♡

    On this blog, we will discuss the positive effects of colouring on cards from our release - Love From Me Co Children Affirmation cards.

    Coloring books are no longer just a child's pastime, it is for adults too! At this age, there is no age-limit to dabble with your creativity by using crayons or colouring pens.

    We have noted that there is a positive impact to one’s mental health by way of expressing your creativity though art and colour, thus, we thought of integrating it with our beautiful deck of affirmation cards, this is truly helpful for kids and adults alike.

    As you read and say your affirmation, try to focus and visualize on the words, allowing your mind to create a picture of what is going to happen when you say your statement. Let the visuals in your mind flow and wander, snap the best picture of it and create a still artwork, right at the back of our card.

    When you are done with colouring, close your eyes and breathe in, open your eyes and take a look at what you have created in your artwork, this is what your inner mind is manifesting through your affirmations, if not, it is your mind’s suggestion of what it is you want.
