What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been received you will receive an email with your order confirmation and status.
At Love From Me HQ we will endeavour to package your purchase ASAP. Please allow 24 hours for this process.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information and a notification that your order has been shipped and dispatched.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be packaged and sent out on the next business day.
What shipping Carrier do you use?
All postage is sent out via Australia post for all Domestic and International orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping time in Australia is 2-7 days.
International standard post is approx. 6+ business days between major metro areas. This is an indicative only and can take up to 4 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled that have been processed for shipping. If you need to change shipping information or cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, please note we cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled or address change as it could be already in the process of shipping arrangements.
Please note we do not accept returns. Unless the product is damaged, we are happy to replace the damaged or faulty item/s, we however, must be notified of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please submit a request for replacement by;
