An intuitive Kahuna massage flow with a combination of soft waving strokes, moving into firm and deep trigger points, journeying through the layers of your body to connect you with your physical and subtle bodies.
Surrender to the rhythmic flow of touch, sound, breath, smell and meet the elements within you and without.

You will be encouraged to cycle your breath during the massage, deeper breaths will be encouraged when tender spots are met to support the detoxification, letting go and releasing physical, mental, emotional, and energetic stagnation. Don’t resist and hold, breath and let it out, all is welcome!

KaHuna massage focuses on the entire temple.
Incorporation of shamanic medicine drum or sound bowls may be used to bring you deeper into the experience.

Kahuna flow is a beautiful intuitive mix of forearms, hands, elbows, including a divine under body work, using long rhythmical, fluid, sweeping moves. Incorporating similar techniques into my own flow, like trigger pointing and remedial, for those who enjoy firm and deep tissue pressure.

This unique combination has the potential to release deep stagnation, ancient trauma, and emotions that are inside your body.
