    The next dream I have tonight, i will lucid dream

     

    I remember that I am dreaming

     

    When I dream, I am aware that I am in a dream

     

    I easily & effortlessly lucid dream

     

    I control my dreams

     

    I intend to lucid dream tonight

     

    I am awake inside of my dreams

     

    I am aware you symbols in my dream

     

    My dreams are always lucid

     

    I am grateful for my ability to lucid dream

     

    I am getting better at lucid dreaming

     

    I naturally lucid dream

     

    I can lucid dream whenever I desire

     

    I remember and recall my dreams with great detail

     

    I know when I am dreaming

     

    Lucid dreaming is easy  

     

    I am safe & protected when I lucid dream

     

    There are a few more deeper steps to allow yourself to be completely open to Lucid dreaming, you may have subtle beliefs that are blocking you, you could possibly have fears for exploring the dream world which is inhibiting your exploration into dream work, or there could be something else deeper.

     

    Some interesting things to take note and be aware of on your Lucid dreaming journey.

    1. Identify your dream sign, dream symbol or something that will show up in your dreams so that you can ‘wake up’, this can be anything. For me it would show up as a violet purple butterfly, or something so specific that my being just laughs and I look at my hands and realise, oh right, I am in a dream. Make it as specific, as strange as possible, and look for it, call for it in your dreams.
    2. Have pleasant thoughts, visions before you sleep, as this can dictate where your subconscious will take you. If you watch a horror, or mind bending movie, you might be frightened and disturbed if you start lucid dreaming inside this.
    3. Use a guided meditation specific to lucid dream, and have a playlist ready for some theta, frequency or nature sounds
    4. If you find that you are still struggling to lucid dream, try exploring your beliefs with a theta healing practitioner, psychotherapist or similar. If experienced in belief work, journal and explore this yourself with muscle testing and questions to test yourself on
    5. Lucid dreaming is fun, you can learn a lot, expand a lot and heal a lot, however act with caution, especially for beginners, knowing that you are opening up your subtle fields to other planes, realities and dimensions, these are REAL fields and places. There can be energies in these places that mask themselves, or that cannot be seen that follow you back into the physical waking plane. It Is important to have spiritual hygiene.

    I recommend using our ritual bath soaks and interdimensional balm and auric mist, with the use of a mantra, this is like washing your field with liquid gold and violet flames, more powerful when combined with meditation, mantras and prayer.

    Affirmations when feeling overwhelmed

    Anxiety, overwhelm, crisis and panic can feel all too much sometimes. At times it can feel like doing deep healing work, like you are holding so much of your past, the anxiety of the future, and the ghosts of your ancestors.

    The feeling cant be known, unless experienced, you may feel your heart rate increase, your body temperature rise, an intense amount of thoughts processing in your mind. It’s all energy, trying to move through you. As hard as it can be when in the depth of this process, all you can do is surrender to it, and ask your body what it needs. It may want to move the energy through dance, shaking, breathing, meditation, laying on the earth raw, feeling your emotions, holding your body tightly and swaying, laying in a body of water, pushing onto the wall…..

    When I cannot move, or feel a paralysing fear arise in me, I turn to placing one hand on my heart and one hand on my womb or belly, and tuning into some deep breathes and saying some affirmations, this helps my mind process, this helps my body regulate its sensations, and this helps me calm down.

    This feeling will pass

    I forgive myself

    It is ok to feel

    I am aware of what this feeling is in my body

    I am releasing the tension in my body related to overwhelm

    My mind is clear

    All is well, and all will be well

    My strength, love, and courage is stronger than any other force that I feel, I will get through this

    This too shall pass

    My breath is my anchor

    My body knows how to regulate itself, I am allowing it time, space, and breaths to regulate

    I am kind to myself

    I love myself

    I acknowledge this experience my body is sharing

    My mind and body are resting

    It’s only a moment

    I am in tune with my body and my breath

    Affirmations for your grief journey

     

    Grief is so personal; everyone journeys and experiences it so differently.

    Like water, unpredictable, so delicate and yet at the same time, so powerfully destructive.

    Grieving can feel like you don’t want to live.

    It can manifest physically with pain in the body, inability to get out of bed, eat, or to walk.

    It can feel like you are out of your body, like you just aren’t ‘here’, on autopilot. fleeing from the traumatic processing, the shock, the denial, and unacceptance of death.

    Nothing matters, not one thing.

    The emptiness you may be feeling right now, is love looking for somewhere to go

    The last thing you may want to do or even think of, is practising affirmations, and that is ok, you don’t have to, and maybe you aren’t ready to.

    There is power in your healing and grieving, our pain, our suffering, our darkest days, thoughts and experiences can be alchemised into light, peace and love.

     

    • I let myself experience the depth of emotions
    • I feel a little lighter today
    • I know we will reunite in the spirit world
    • It’s ok to feel joy
    • Each moment feels different, and that is ok
    • Its ok that I am alive
    • I will take care of my needs first today
    • I am learning to live my life differently
    • In each moment, I love myself
    • I am kind and gentle with myself
    • If all I do today is wake up, that is enough
    • It is ok for me to feel happiness
    • I feel the spirit of my loved one with me in my heart
    • I am open to new experiences that will bring me love and joy to my life
    • I am worthy of healing
    • I am guided by my loved one
